This is a 7-week series that holds 90-minute live Zoom sessions with a Registered Social Worker, psychotherapist, to explore how women can step across the midlife threshold with grace and power. The passing of time alone does not sufficiently ensure maturation - join us as we do the "work" and see what it feels like to enjoy our butterfly wings.
