Designed for professional women who are are ready to roar, this course builds EQ skills to  navigate boundary setting. It examines how to ask for what you want, need, and desire over 4 weeks of 90-mins Zoom sessions/week to learn practical communication skills, and build a supportive network of peers who share similar challenges and aspirations. These sessions teach reflection, journalling, and dialogue techniques drawing from Non-Violent Communication.
